1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of ZRO Chill Mechanical LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ZRO Chill Mechanical LLC provides professional HVAC services including but not limited to:

• Air conditioning repair and installation
• Furnace repair, maintenance, and installation
• HVAC system maintenance
• Emergency HVAC services
• Ductwork services
• Heating and cooling solutions

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are provided based on initial assessments and are subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service. Final pricing will be communicated before work proceeds beyond diagnostic or emergency repairs.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and financing through approved third-party providers.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

5. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional fees based on time of day, day of week, and urgency of service required.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

All work performed is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of service for workmanship. Parts and equipment carry manufacturer warranties as applicable.

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
• Modifications or repairs performed by non-authorized personnel

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and adequate access to equipment requiring service
• Ensure pets are secured during service visits
• Provide accurate information about HVAC systems and issues
• Maintain reasonable maintenance schedules as recommended
• Pay for services in accordance with agreed terms

8. Liability Limitations

ZRO Chill Mechanical LLC carries appropriate insurance and licensing. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
• Consequential damages resulting from equipment failure
• Delays in service due to parts availability or other factors beyond our control
• Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of ZRO Chill Mechanical LLC and protected by copyright laws.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass or abuse our staff through online communications
• Impersonate our company or staff

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
